Storage conditions are printed on every pack and listed on every product page. Peptides are stored at 2 to 8 °C. Injectables and orals are stored below 25 °C, protected from light, and orals are kept dry in their original packaging.

The code is printed on the pack. It starts with NC, followed by ten letters and numbers, for example NC-7K2QH-9M4XB. Enter it on the verify page.

The first time a code is checked, the date is recorded. If you check it again, or someone else does, you will see when it was first checked. If that was not you, the code may have been copied from a genuine pack. Keep the pack and contact us.

Check that you typed it exactly as printed. Letters O, I and L are read as 0 and 1 automatically, and most single typing errors are caught before the check. If the code is still not recognised, the pack may not be a genuine NovaCell product. Do not open it, and report it to us.

Only the code itself, the time of the first and latest check, and how many times it has been checked. No name, email address or location is stored.
