Check that your pack is genuine.

Every NovaCell pack carries a unique authenticity code. Enter it below to confirm the product and lot, and to see whether the code has been checked before.

Enter your code

Letters and numbers only. Dashes are added for you.

Codes start with NC, for example NC-7K2QH-9M4XB.

How the check works

  1. Find the code

The authenticity code is printed on the pack.

  2. Enter it here

The code is checked against the register of every pack NovaCell has released.

  3. Read the result

A genuine code shows its product and lot. The first check is recorded, so if a code was checked before, you will see when.

Checked before, but not by you? The code may have been copied from a genuine pack. Keep the pack and contact us with the code.

How to spot a copy.

Check these six points on the pack itself. A copy usually gets at least one of them wrong.

  • Authenticity code

Every pack carries a unique code. A genuine code is recognised here, and a copied code shows up as checked before.

  • Seals on both ends

Tamper evident seals close both ends of every box. Do not accept a pack with a broken, lifted or re-glued seal.

  • Lot, production and expiry date

Every box is printed with its lot number, production date and expiry date. Missing or handwritten dates are a warning sign.

  • Name, CAS line and strength chip

The product name sits above the compound and CAS number in small capitals, with the strength in a navy or accent coloured chip.

  • Watermark panel and navy band

A faint N watermark on an angled light grey panel, and a solid navy band along the edge. Print should be crisp, never blurred.

  • Address and NL mark

The side panel names NovaCell Healthcare, Rieteweg 21, 8041 AJ Zwolle, Nederland, with the Geproduceerd in Nederland badge.

Something does not look right?
